These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cn999 online gaming platform, including the website at cn999.ws, all associated game services, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any promotional offers made available by cn999. cn999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by cn999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or closure of the account.

Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on cn999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. cn999 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and will act on any confirmed case. When registering, you agree to:

• Providing your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier for login and for receiving verification codes via SMS.
• Keeping your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cn999 customer support immediately.
• Notifying cn999 promptly of any change to your registered details, including a change of mobile number. Failure to update contact information that results in the loss of account access is your responsibility.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) when requested by cn999. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

cn999 reserves the right to suspend account access or restrict withdrawals at any time pending the completion of identity verification. Players are advised to complete KYC early to avoid delays when processing withdrawal requests.

cn999 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following methods, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

cn999 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or where identity verification is outstanding. In such cases, cn999 will notify the player and, where permitted by applicable policies, provide an opportunity to resolve the matter.

cn999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit that would prevent the qualifying deposit are not eligible for the associated bonus.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated in the offer terms. Failing to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Attempting to transfer, sell, or otherwise exchange bonus funds is prohibited and constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
• cn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where continued availability of the offer would expose cn999 to risk of financial harm, regulatory non-compliance, or abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts or payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse and result in account closure.

cn999 may at its sole discretion remove a bonus from an account and reverse any winnings generated using that bonus if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through deception, abuse of the promotional system, or in breach of any of these Terms.

All games available on cn999 are subject to the rules of the individual game as published by the relevant game provider. In addition, the following platform-level rules apply to all gameplay on cn999:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by the relevant game provider. cn999 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the provider and are not adjustable at the platform level.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, cn999's game server logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. Where a round was not completed at the time of interruption, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. Completed rounds will stand.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing bets. cn999 is not liable for losses incurred due to a player's own connection instability, device failure, or accidental placement of a wager.
• Winnings from real-money gameplay are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon round completion and are available for withdrawal subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cn999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on cn999, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with games, place bets, or conduct any account activity without direct manual input from the account holder.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies to generate a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error must be reported to cn999 and will be voided pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live dealer games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, or engage in any form of chip-dumping or match-fixing in multiplayer game formats.
• Using the cn999 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. cn999 cooperates with financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required by applicable law.
• Abusing the customer support system, including making repeated false claims for refunds, fabricating transaction disputes, or attempting to manipulate support agents through harassment or deception.

cn999 employs both automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated before any enforcement action is taken. Where an investigation is ongoing, cn999 may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending the outcome.

cn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to registering while underage, creating multiple accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or providing false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by cn999 following a formal KYC request, or provision of documentation that cn999's compliance team reasonably believes to be forged or altered.
• At the player's own request. Players who wish to close their account permanently may do so by contacting cn999 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds, pending winnings, and promotional credits — may be forfeited at cn999's discretion. cn999 will provide written notification of account closure and the grounds for it where practically possible.

All content on the cn999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of cn999 or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, displayed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cn999.

The cn999 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of cn999. Unauthorised use of any cn999 trademark — including using the brand name in domain names, social media handles, or promotional material to suggest affiliation — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cn999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds currently held in that player's account balance. cn999 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the cn999 platform, regardless of whether cn999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials, resulting in unauthorised access to their account.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond cn999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, third-party payment processing delays, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
• Losses arising from a player's gambling activity itself, including losses from individual game sessions, losing streaks, or the natural variance of any game with a house edge. Online gaming carries an inherent financial risk that the player accepts as a condition of participation.

cn999's collection, use, storage, and sharing of player personal data is governed by the cn999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
